The behavior of hot glass in the mold can be anticipated by integrating the parameters associated with the Pochet du Courval glassmaking process, which is recognized for its expertise in shaping and its ability to offer different internal shapes.
Before moving on to the industrial testing phase, Morphoz determines the distribution in the shoulders, columns and bottom of the glass.

Choose the mass tinted color from all available colors

It is no longer necessary to plan with existing bottles or tinted glass drops. The color can be chosen directly with Morphoz and applied to the bottle.

With the modelisation, the color impact on the colomns, the glass bottom, its entensity and its interaction with the color of the juice will be directly visible to decide in advance on the sample to be launched.
